Cancellation less than 6 hours before booking time will be charged at full rate.

Cancellation within 6-12 hours before the booking time will be charged at 50%.

Booking of 8 hours or more duration require 24 hours notice of cancellation.

Gratuities are NOT included.

Vehicles are stocked with mineral waters and complimentary newspapers.

Vehicles are equipped with air conditioning and satellite navigation.

All vehicles and chauffeurs are fully licensed by the local authority.

Chauffeur Who Ltd operate a non-smoking policy for the comfort of passengers. Convenient stops can be made; please arrange with the chauffeur.

Payment by Cheque, Cash or BACS only

Rates are subject to a 25% surcharge on public holidays; 50% surcharge for Christmas, Boxing and New Years Day.

Chauffeur Who Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any property or luggage carried in the car, however such loss or damage is caused.

Chauffeur Who Ltd cannot guarantee journey times and will not accept liability for delay caused by accidents, diversion, weather or other causes outside our control.

Any damaged to the interior or exterior of our vehicles caused by the client will be charged accordingly

A deposit 50% is required to hold the date. Full payment will be required at least 7 working days before the event by cheque or BACS. Cancellation on the day is fully chargeable.

Invoices to Companies will be issued after 30 days for payment within 14 working days.

All Airport transfers include a 60 minute waiting time free of charge.
Prices are a guideline:
Normal hours are between Monday to Friday 06:30 to 23:30
Additional charges maybe applied for Public Holidays and anti social hours.
